The flowers are lovely, however many of the yellow Lillies petals had been bent out damaged. Also, the flowers seemed to be less fresh than the other arrangements I received.

We sent an email - never heard back no surprise! Ordered a big basket for our daughter whose 3,000 miles away to cheer her up on Valentines Day that’s supposed to have cheese crackers jelly chocolates etc and the bast was 1/3rd the size, had 4 - ferrero rocher 3 pack chocolates and 2 boxes of chocolate balls for $90!!!! What a joke! A response would have been nice even better sending what we ordered based on decsrily from website.

Flowers were delivered to the wrong address on Dec 2 which was supposed to be a surprise. After I notified the florist that the flowers were not delivered. The flowers were sent to the correct address on Dec 4. Disappointing!

I received the bouquet Friday nite. On Saturday morning, I noticed 1 of the 3 roses in the bouquet was already “drooping” &
a 2nd rose was losing some of its petals. Today, Sunday, I see 2 carnations have already shriveled & dying. While it is a pretty arrangement of different flowers, I think that it is early in the life of the bouquet to see flowers dying.
All the rest of the flowers are doing fine.
